1/2 c maple syrup
1/4 c veggie oil
1/2 c peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla (or to taste)
1 c flour
mix together, press into bottom of 9" springform pan (greased), prick with fork and bake for 10 minutes at 375F.
2 boxes firm silken tofu (24 oz.)
1/4 c smooth peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla (or more to taste)
3/4 c powdered sugar
1 1/4 c chocolate chips, melted
blend together in food processor until smooth. pour on top of prepared crust.

1/2 c smooth peanut butter
2 tbsp. flour
blend together in food processor until smooth. pour on top of filling and spread evenly.
refrigerate for 8 hours +, you can garnish with chocolate chips or whatever you want, then enjoy.
